Great American Clean-up

The Christenson Family Orthodontic team and their families joined with the City of Chesapeake to clean up Johnstown Rd.  This was our second annual trash pick-up as part of the Great American Clean-up.  Make sure to check our Facebook and Instagram to find out about our next clean-up.  We would love to have our patients join us in picking up Great Bridge!

Patient at Christenson Family Orthodontics making the Earth a little greenerIn honor of Earth Day, Christenson Family Orthodontics gave away plants to all our patients who came in for an appointment the week of April 22.  Dr. Oakley and Mrs. Christenson donated a variety of plants from their gardens, including parsley, hostas, hellebores, creeping jenny, and more!  We hope all the plants found happy, sunny homes to grow.

Lasting Impressions

Jessica Vacendak of Jessica Vacendak Photography came to our office to take complimentary, professional photos of our patients who have recently finished orthodontic treatment and are ready to show off their beautiful, new smiles!  The weather was perfect and the photos were amazing!

Does Invisalign cost more than braces?

Patients are often concerned about Invisalign (clear aligners) costing more than braces.  While cost is absolutely a concern, at Christenson Family Orthodontics, we don’t want our patients to choose their orthodontic treatment based on cost.  With very few exceptions, we do not increase treatment fees when patients choose Invisalign over traditional braces.
